Concord, our trusted client asked us to lift and assemble a tunnel boring machine (TBM) within four days in Gaza, Egypt.

Sarens rose to the challenge and immediately began planning the project. The TBM components were located at different points on the site. They were mapped and analysed to shortlist the correct equipment to complete the assembly in a limited time.

CC2600H SH was selected and transported from another project site in Egypt and assembled in two days. The TBM components were 5m high, 14m in radius, and had a maximum weight of 66T. Our crew of three performed 15 picks in four days to successfully complete the project in the given deadline. The client was extremely satisfied with project execution.
