Sarens in Thailand successfully executed a specialised lifting operation for NKC Development Co., Ltd. at the TOP Site in Sri Racha, Chonburi, Thailand. The scope of work involved the removal of scaffolding materials as part of the site’s demobilisation process, completed in a single day.
For this project, Sarens deployed the 130-tonne LTM1130 mobile crane. The equipment was chosen for its capacity to handle heavy lifts with precision, while its existing position at the site entrance ensured quick mobilisation and time efficiency. Setup, including leveling and safety checks, was completed within 30 minutes, reflecting the operational speed and preparedness of the team.
The operation was carried out under strict site access requirements, with the crane operator completing specific safety training to secure clearance. Once mobilised, the LTM1130 performed the lifts without the need for slewing or crawling, as all lifting points were within reach. Despite limited space at the jobsite, the crane’s capabilities enabled safe and accurate execution.
Over the course of eight hours, the scaffolding was efficiently dismantled and cleared, ensuring smooth progress for the client’s project timeline. The operation required minimal manpower, with a single skilled operator managing the crane and delivering reliable results.
The project reflects Sarens’ ability to provide tailored lifting solutions that combine advanced equipment with experienced personnel. Clear weather conditions supported uninterrupted operations, and consistent coordination with the client ensured compliance with safety protocols and project requirements.
The successful execution highlights Sarens’ strength in delivering dependable equipment supported by advanced machinery and expert operators. By combining safety compliance, client-focused coordination, and operational excellence, Sarens continues to be the partner of choice for heavy lifting solutions across Thailand’s industrial and infrastructure sectors.
