Oil Refinery Construction in Algeria

skikda1This project to build a new oil refinery in Skikda (Algeria) involved the transport and installation of heavy equipment weighing up to 1000T. For the construction of the new refinery Sarens used a CC6800, lifting columns of 500t and measuring70m. The revamp of the old refinery was done by a CC2500-1, which handled columns up to 200t.
Furthermore our team dismantled equipment of 200t and installed large boiler modules using SPMT's.

The project, which started in January 2011, will be finished in June 2012.
