Sarens Giant Crane

SGC-120, the only true heavy lift 'crane' in the 3200 tonnes capacity range

This innovative and versatile heavy lift crane is the product of the combined engineering efforts of Sarens and its subsidiary, Rigging International from Alameda, California.

SGC120 1The SGC ‐120 is the only Third Generation, 120,000 Tm (3200 metric ton lifting capacity), constructed. It is designed to accommodate the heavy lifting requirements for refinery, oil and gas, mining, offshore platform and third generation components for nuclear power plants. The construction and testing of the SGC‐120 was completed in March 2011 (read the press release).
